Tiny Hiney Yorkies Puppy Purchase Agreement Guarantee
The buyer has agreed to have this animal checked by a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 48 hours of purchase or receipt if shipped, to validate this guarantee. We guarantee against life threatening hereditary and congenital defects for 1 year after purchase. We also guarantee against transmissible diseases for a period of 7 days starting on the day of delivery (for example Parvo-virus has an incubation period of 5 to 7 days. If the first signs of Parvo-virus were to show on a puppy 10 to 15 days from delivery, the puppy could not have carried the disease from the breeder’s premises and incubated it that long before showing signs of the disease). This guarantee does not include hernias, hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, giardia, luxating patellas, ringworm, parasites or anything that may be easily remedied. We cannot guarantee size, weight, conformation or breeding ability of your pet. We DO NOT refund money; we will replace your puppy with a dog of equal value as one becomes available. In the event of a death, an autopsy must be performed by your vet (at owner’s expense) and the report from the autopsy must be sent to our attending veterinarian for review. This limited warranty covers your puppy(s) only. The seller and/or representative are not/will not be held responsible for any charges, such as injuries to animal, vet fees, medications or shipping charges. This is all the responsibility of the buyer. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. All sales are final; there will be no refunds or exchanges. Adults are sold as is with no guarantee.

This contract may not be modified or altered except in writing signed by both parties and endorsed herein. By purchasing your puppy(s) you the buyer agree that you have read, understand and accept the terms of this contract.
PAYMENT: All puppies must be paid in full before being shipped. A Non-Refundable deposit of $200.00 is needed to hold a puppy.

SHIPPING: We do ship anywhere within the United States. The cost for shipping is $250.00. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for shipping. Puppies will be shipped when they are 9 to 12 weeks old, depending on size.
